I am deeply disappointed and outraged by the situation I find myself in. Twenty five days ago, on June 24th, I requested a withdrawal of my funds from betonred for jus 400 PLN (equiwalent of 100 euro). For the last twenty five days, I have only been told that “specialists are working on it as a priority,” yet nothing has happened. I m a VIP customer with made all werification and sucessfull hundreds of withdraws from This sportsbook. Every time I contact support, no one knows what happened or when I will receive my withdrawal. I made 30 contact on live chat and 10 emails to support !!!! On the chat, support tell me to contact email support, but via email, send the same canned responses and tell me to contact the chat. It’s absurd. I’ve been waiting 25 days for a payout!! never experienced anything like this.

Following a review of the case, we can confirm that your withdrawal request was processed and approved a few hours before this complaint was submitted.

We appreciate your patience throughout the process. Our specialists have been actively working on this matter, and we would like to clarify that the delay originated on the payment provider's side rather than our own systems. While the resolution required coordination with external parties and was therefore dependent on their response times, we are pleased that the matter has now been successfully resolved. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused during this process.

If the funds have not yet appeared in your Skrill account, we kindly ask that you allow for the standard processing time of the payment provider, as receipt of the funds may depend on Skrill's own processing procedures after the transaction has been completed on our end. Skrill transfers are generally reflected within a few business days.

We have also provided the AskGamblers team with the same update regarding the status of the withdrawal.

Should you still not receive the funds after the standard processing timeframe has elapsed, we will, of course, be happy to review the matter further.
