Hello, I created a bet fury account sometime ago, deposited some money recently and made some reasonable amount of money.

Few days ago i tried to bet and saw that I could not, I messaged support and they told me i needed to verify my account to which i duly complied. I tried submitting on the platform and it did not work hence they asked me to send via mail which i did, i then got a message confirming that my account was verified. Then I went ahead to make a small withdrawal of 25 usd and saw that i was logged out of my account.

On texting support they started making vague and false claims that I had violated the terms of the sportsbook by creating multiple accounts and colluding with people.

I had to ask chat gpt how to proceed to get my funds and i was told to ask Casino guru or Ask gamblers to intervene. These claims are false and i sense a way to avoid paying my winnings. Please help.

Account blocked after trying to withdraw

Been using betfury for 8 months with zero issues, full KYC, deposits and withdrawals during this time.

After winning a bet a day ago I noticed my account was limited to smaller bets so I attempted to withdraw my balance. Within an hour I get an email saying my account is now blocked by the risk management team and there is nothing I can do.

I have no idea what they could have closed the account for and offer no explanation at all.

The exact wording of the email is:

"The Risk Department has recorded actions that are contrary to the BetFury Terms and Conditions.

Your account has been blocked due to the Risk Department's decision in accordance to the paragraph 6.3 (T&C). The access to your BetFury account is restricted.

Account block is not a subject to review.

Please do not create any more accounts at BetFury. Otherwise, your actions will also be taken as a violation and your new accounts will be blocked."

Which has left me utterly confused and still waiting to hear back from support.
