Account blocked after trying to withdraw
Been using betfury for 8 months with zero issues, full KYC, deposits and withdrawals during this time.
After winning a bet a day ago I noticed my account was limited to smaller bets so I attempted to withdraw my balance. Within an hour I get an email saying my account is now blocked by the risk management team and there is nothing I can do.
I have no idea what they could have closed the account for and offer no explanation at all.
The exact wording of the email is:
"The Risk Department has recorded actions that are contrary to the BetFury Terms and Conditions.
Your account has been blocked due to the Risk Department's decision in accordance to the paragraph 6.3 (T&C). The access to your BetFury account is restricted.
Account block is not a subject to review.
Please do not create any more accounts at BetFury. Otherwise, your actions will also be taken as a violation and your new accounts will be blocked."
Which has left me utterly confused and still waiting to hear back from support.
