Account closed and funds withheld

Bet-at-home has permanently closed my account without providing any relevant explanation or valid reason. There are currently approximately €4,000 in funds that were pending withdrawal, an additional €1,000 that was not involved in any active game or bet, and approximately €1,000 in active bets.
They are ignoring my emails and refuse to provide any explanation for their decision, release my funds, or provide me with access to my transaction history and related account documentation.
