Pending withdrawal of 781000 XOF since January 4 No clear response from 1win support

On January 4, I requested a withdrawal of 781,000 XOF from my 1win account using e-wallet - Wave
The transaction has been stuck in "pending" status since then — over 26 days with no progress.
I have contacted 1win support multiple times via live chat and email, but they only repeat that my request is "being processed" or "delayed by the payment system."
I have asked a simple binary question: "Has your payment partner responded in the last 26 days – yes or no?"
They refuse to answer directly and continue to give generic, evasive replies.
This is causing me significant inconvenience and raises serious concerns about the reliability and transparency of 1win's financial processes.
