Account closed funds including deposits retained

On 6th of December my account has been blocked. Because I can not log in, I can’t request for a withdrawal of my 8000+$ of which 5000+$ are my deposits. My few e-mails to them didn’t received any substantive response (copy-paste answers).

I am very disappointed with this situation, because I was loyal client in this casino with long history of sport bets.
I didn’t break any rules, the account was used only by me. I’m able to provide any proofs for this.

I've tried absolutely everything. I've also filed complaints on Trustpilot and the Bitcointalk.org forum. I've attached screenshots below.

Withdrawal Stuck Under Review for Almost 5 Days

I am writing to raise an urgent complaint regarding my repeated withdrawal problems with 1win.

It has been almost 5 days, and my withdrawal requests are still stuck at the "Under Review" stage. I have already tried making withdrawal requests around 5–6 times, but every request keeps getting stuck without any successful payment.

Despite waiting for almost 5 days and making several withdrawal attempts, I have still not received my money. My withdrawal requests repeatedly remain under review, and I have not received a clear explanation for the delay.

1. Investigate why my withdrawal requests are repeatedly getting stuck under review.

2. Ask 1win to provide a clear explanation for the delay.

Withdrawal delaying 6400 MAD

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding two missing withdrawal transactions via Attijariwafa Bank that show as "Completed" (in green) on your system, but the funds have never been received in my bank account.

Transaction Details:

1. Amount:2,300 MAD | Date of Withdrawal: 30/07/2026
2. Amount: 4,100 MAD | Date of Withdrawal: 01/08/2026

* Total Pending Amount: 6,400 MAD
* Bank Name: Attijariwafa Bank
* Usual Processing Agent: Local Agent MOUSSAOUI

It has been almost a full month since these transactions were initiated. All requested bank statements and verification documents have already been provided to your team.

Previously, support appeals SPP-1237794 and SPP-1237814 were closed without the funds actually reaching my account. After I followed up, two new appeals were opened:

* Current Pending appeal 1: SPP-1296303
* Current Pending appeal 2: SPP-1296140

As of today, August 26, 2026, I still have not received my money.

This issue needs to be escalated immediately to your finance department and your agent (MOUSSAOUI) for manual verification and immediate credit to my bank account. Please provide proof of payment or transfer receipt right away.

I expect a concrete update and immediate resolution within 24 hours.

300000 Withdrawal Marked as Successful but Not Received

On 5 June 2026, I made a withdrawal of ₦300,000 from my 1win account using Kuda. The withdrawal remained pending for almost two months. During this period, I contacted 1win support several times and was repeatedly told to be patient while the issue with the payment system was being investigated.
On 5 August 2026, I noticed that the withdrawal status had changed from “Pending” to “Successful.” However, I checked my Wema Bank account and the ₦300,000 had not been received.
I contacted 1win again regarding this. They asked me to provide my bank statement so that they could investigate the matter, which I provided on the same day. I was initially told to wait 72 hours, but after that period I was informed that the case had been extended for further review.
I was given the reference number SPP-1205335. When I check the status through their Telegram bot, it still says that the request is “in process” and that their specialists are working on the solution.
As of today, 18 August 2026, I still have not received the ₦300,000. I have also not been provided with any payment reference, transaction ID, or other proof showing that the funds were actually transferred to my bank.
I understand that payment-provider issues can sometimes cause delays, and I have cooperated fully with 1win by providing the bank statement they requested. However, this withdrawal is now more than two months old, and the fact that it is marked as “Successful” while the funds have not reached my bank has left the matter unresolved.
I am simply asking 1win to resolve this. If the ₦300,000 was actually transferred, I would like them to provide the relevant payment reference or transaction details so that my bank can trace the payment. If the payment was not successfully completed, I would like the withdrawal cancelled and the ₦300,000 returned to my 1win balance so that I can withdraw it using another available payment method.
I would appreciate AskGamblers' assistance in helping to resolve this matter.

To the 1win Financial Support Team: I am writing to request the immediate manual crediting of three deposits made from my Claro Pay virtual wallet to my user account with ID < sent to the casino >, totaling $35,500 pesos, which have not yet been credited. 1win does not pay my 100 GHS withdrawal

Hello AskGamblers Team,

My account ID at 1win is 38914064.

I requested a withdrawal of 100 GHS via MTN Mobile Money to my number < phone number removed >. The withdrawal was approved by 1win but I never received the money.

1win support told me to wait 14 days and said they sent the money, but my MTN wallet shows no transaction. They refuse to provide proof of payment (transaction ID).

I have attached screenshots of the withdrawal and my MTN statement showing no payment received.

I request your help to get my 100 GHS paid. I am from Ghana, Accra.

Hello AskGamblers Team,

1win is withholding money from my winning Bet ID: 277146296.

Timeline:
1. I WON: 219,470.80 MWK - Balance showed full amount in my 1win account
2. HOURS LATER: 1win reduced my balance to 132,209 MWK without explanation.
87,261.80 MWK disappeared from my 1win wallet.
3. OUT OF FEAR: I withdrew 132,209 MWK from 1win to my Airtel Money
4. LATER: 65,000 MWK was credited back into my 1win account
5. I withdrew that 65,000 too
Total withdrawn: 197,209 MWK
STILL MISSING: 22,261.80 MWK from original win of 219,470.80

For 25 days 1win support only replies "Full amount was credited" and CLOSED THE CHAT when I asked for proof.
They cannot provide transaction ID or explain where 22,261.80 went.

Please help me recover the missing 22,261.80 MWK.

Unable to complete verification because 1win stopped responding

My account was first restricted, and my withdrawal was put on hold. When I contacted support, they told me I needed to complete a video verification call to restore access to my account. I tried to schedule the call several times. A couple of times I had unexpected personal commitments and couldn’t attend, and on a few other occasions, when I was available, I never received the promised link for the video call. After that, I submitted another request to arrange a new verification, but since then I have been waiting for more than a week without any response. I have sent several follow-up requests, but they have all been ignored. My account is now locked, so I can’t log in to check my balance or transaction history anymore. As far as I remember, I had around $1,000 in my balance and about $400 in pending withdrawals. I am still willing to complete the video verification as requested and cooperate with the company. I would really appreciate your help in contacting 1win so I can complete the verification process and regain access to my account and funds.

1 win refusing to pay winning bet 246451953 both teams to score

On Sunday, May 10, 2026, I placed bet 246451953 on "Both teams to score - Yes".

Bet details:
Stake: $301.22
Odds: +1100
Potential winnings: $3,614.64
User ID: 361893730

Both teams scored in the match. My betslip clearly shows ONLY "Both teams to score - Yes" with no mention of exact score, combo bet, or any other condition. The odds of +1100 correspond to the simple "Both teams to score" market, not to a combined "Result + BTTS" bet, I even confirmed with a support agent before submitting it that I only needed each team to score at least one goal to win the bet.

1win support gave me 3 different and contradictory excuses over several days to avoid payment. I sent a final escalation email on may 12 giving them 24 hours to settle the bet before escalating to Curaçao Gaming Control Board and public mediators. The 24-hour deadline has passed. No payment received, no reply from 1win.

This is a clear violation of their own Terms and Conditions, section 4.2 Sports Betting Rules. I am requesting the immediate payment of my full winnings: $3,614.64.
