We are filing a complaint against Vegas Legends Affiliates
We are TraffiNow a newer affiliate in the iGaming Space. I am Mateo representative from TraffiNow.
Our original deal with VL (Natia Chomakhidze Representative from Vegas Legends) was a CPA deal, 20 FTD cap per GEO (20€ min deposit) no duplicates, no self-excluded, no fraud, no motivated traffic.
- Which we weren't told that there were any duplicates, self-exlusion, fraud nor motivated traffic
- All FTD's weren't the minimum of 20€ just to claim the welcome bonus
We had started sending traffic regularly to VL. We sent 239 clicks, 37 registrations and we have gathered 9 FTD's in a span from May 7 to May 21
After we sent them 9 FTD's (€1,440.00) we got a message on May 20th (We will post the screenshots aswell from telegram)
Which to we replied that we will stop campaigns and for them to give us feedback to see what we can improve on
We got left on seen for 6 days from that point to May 26th with no replies
We sent a message on June 1st that if we don't get any answers that we will write a complaint.
On that note when we wrote that we will write a complaint about no communication whatsoever they replied instantly
They also mentioned that they pay partners at the end of the month and since we haven't even gotten paid nor got any answers as to what needs to be check on.
We kindly ask AskGamblers team to assist us on this matter and to review the case since we cannot reach the Affiliates in any other way
We wish to:
Enforce payment for all the FTD's that we sent or to Publish a warning about this affiliate regarding no communication with their representatives.
We hope that this post will make them answer our questions as to what is wrong with the traffic we sent and will we be paid for the FTD's we sent.

Thank you for raising your concerns.
We would like to clarify that Vegas Legends has not refused payment of the disputed FTDs. As previously communicated, the traffic is currently under review as part of our standard compliance and quality assurance procedures.
As the review remains ongoing, no final decision has yet been made regarding the traffic in question. We therefore kindly ask that conclusions regarding payment eligibility not be drawn until the investigation has been completed.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation and will provide a final update once the review has concluded. The outcome of the review will be communicated directly by your personal Affiliate Manager through our usual communication channel and the platform where our communication is currently taking place.

"Vegas Legends has not refused payment to the disputed FTds"
When we asked if we are going to get paid, you specifically didn't refuse - you just ignored, we didn't even get an answer to that regard your answer was "The traffic has to be investigated"
The investigation has been going on from the 18th of the last month, it almost has been a full 30 days without any answer whatsoever.
It still has been 5 days since any update on telegram, We dont know how hard it is to give a small update in that period of time
- "The outcome of the review will be communicated"
How can we expect that this will be communicated since we have been left on seen for 3 weeks straight, also how do we know that the affiliate manager is legit when we are being spoken to with half broken english and also being ignored.
