Hello AskGamblers team,
We would like to file a complaint regarding Vegas Legends affiliate program.
Our company Affgang agreed with the representative of the program (Svet 👾 ) to run a test campaign on PPC traffic.
The agreement was clearly made with no KPI, no baseline, and no hold — a standard test deal to check traffic quality and conversion before scaling.
We delivered 8 FTDs - (2195 EUR unpaid).
However, after receiving the traffic, the partner started changing the payment terms multiple times, introducing new conditions (minimum deposit amount, redeposit requirement, and "bonus hunting" accusations) — all of which were never part of the original deal.
Despite our clear agreement and their acknowledgment of the test terms, they are now refusing to pay for all FTDs, offering to hold for one month and then check — which directly violates the initially agreed conditions.
We also have screenshots and full chat history confirming:
The deal was agreed with no KPI / no hold / no BL.
Payment should be made for all FTDs from the test cap.
Their team admitted that low deposit amounts occurred due to currency conversion, not due to any fraud or manipulation.
After that, they tried to justify non-payment by claiming “bonus hunters”, even though their own brand allows such behavior (provides welcome bonuses and small deposits due to currency settings).
We believe this behavior represents bad faith and intentional avoidance of payment for the delivered test traffic.
We kindly ask AskGamblers to review the case and assist in resolving the issue — either by:
Enforcing payment for all 8 valid FTDs according to the initial deal, or
Publishing a public warning to other affiliates regarding the dishonest business practices of this partner.
Thank you for your time and support.

Dear AskGamblers team,
Thank you for forwarding the complaint submitted by Affgang.
We would like to provide our official response and clarify several key points:
1. Nature of the Agreement
We confirm that a short test campaign was agreed with Affgang’s representative. The purpose was to evaluate traffic quality and conversion rate before considering any scale-up. While there were no KPIs or hold period initially defined, all campaigns under the Vegas Legends Affiliate Program remain subject to standard compliance checks and traffic verification. These rules are explicitly stated in our Terms & Conditions and communicated to all partners.
2. Traffic Quality and Source Verification
Affgang offered PPC traffic, yet the data and behavioral metrics clearly indicate non-PPC or mixed traffic sources, including patterns consistent with incentivized, non-targeted, or low-intent user behavior.
- Conversion rates inconsistent with legitimate PPC;
- Volume of very low deposit players (e.g., minimum deposit amounts used solely to trigger a welcome bonus);
In short, the traffic delivered does not align with PPC standards nor with genuine user acquisition behaviour.
It’s important to clarify: while our brand does provide welcome bonuses, our affiliates are expected to deliver traffic that produces legitimate players - not users signing up purely for bonus exploitation.
3. Payment Terms and Resolution
No payment was denied arbitrarily.
In accordance with our program policy and internal fraud-control procedures, a one-month validation hold was applied to verify the legitimacy and retention of the delivered FTDs. This is a standard and transparent process, applied equally to all partners whenever traffic inconsistencies arise.
Once the validation period concludes:
- All verified, legitimate, and active FTDs will be paid in full;
- Any fraudulent or bonus-abuse accounts will be excluded and documented with evidence.
5. Conclusion
Vegas Legends operates with full transparency and fairness toward its partners.
We are always open to cooperation, but we must also protect our brand and other affiliates from fraudulent or low-quality activity.
We invite Affgang to provide detailed traffic proofs (placements, creatives, targeting data, redirect logs) to support their PPC claim.
Until such verification is received, the campaign remains under compliance review, and payment will follow only for verified players.
In summary:
The test campaign is not denied - it is under standard verification.
No legitimate FTD will remain unpaid.
Traffic inconsistencies justify our hold and investigation.
According to the stats they have provided, it is obvious that this can't be a real PPC source.
We remain available for any further clarification or documentation review.
Kind regards,
Vegas Legends Affiliate Program Team
Hello AskGamblers team,
Thank you for forwarding Vegas Legends’ reply.
We would like to address their statements point by point and provide clarification from our side.
1. Agreement Terms
The partner confirms that the test deal had no KPIs, no hold, and no baseline.
This was exactly our agreement with their representative (Svet 👾).
However, they are now justifying a unilateral hold and additional “verification procedures” — which were never disclosed or agreed prior to launch.
These rules may exist in their generic T&Cs, but they were explicitly waived in our direct negotiation for the test run.
Otherwise, we would not have started traffic delivery under those conditions.
The campaign was agreed as a simple test buy to check traffic and conversions before any scale — not as a long-term affiliate deal subject to post-hoc holds or compliance reviews.
2. Traffic Quality and Type
We strongly deny the claim that our traffic was non-PPC or “mixed source.”
All traffic came from our verified PPC placements — fully paid ads with proper targeting.
We can provide:
Ad screenshots,
Click IDs and timestamps,
Geo breakdown,
And cost reports from our ad account.
Their accusation is based only on behavioral assumptions (e.g., small deposits, quick sessions), which are not valid indicators of fraud.
As even they admit, the brand itself allows small minimum deposits and welcome bonuses, which naturally attract users who test the casino first with small amounts.
Currency conversion further reduces the visible deposit size — this was already discussed and acknowledged in our chat with their manager.
3. Payment and “Hold”
Applying a one-month hold after traffic delivery completely contradicts the agreed test terms.
We never accepted or were informed of any post-check, nor was such a procedure mentioned before the campaign.
This “hold” appeared only after we requested payment — which clearly shows an attempt to delay or avoid settlement, not a genuine fraud investigation.
The program received the traffic, used the data, and confirmed registrations and FTDs — therefore, withholding payment for all 8 confirmed deposits is unjustified.
4. Allegations of Fraud or Incent Traffic
We categorically reject any implication of fraudulent or incentivized traffic.
No bonuses, rewards, or incentives were offered by us to users — the conversion was purely organic via PPC ads.
If Vegas Legends has any proof of fraudulent behavior, they should present it — not assumptions or generic “patterns.”
So far, no such evidence was shared.
5. Our Request
We respectfully ask AskGamblers to:
Request that Vegas Legends either:
Provide actual proof of fraud, or
Proceed with payment for all 8 verified FTDs as per the original deal (no KPI / no hold).
Recognize that changing payment conditions after delivery violates fair dealing principles and affiliate ethics.
We remain fully transparent and ready to share our ad account logs and campaign proof with AskGamblers privately, should this help verify our position.
In short:
The deal had no hold / no KPI – confirmed by both parties.
We delivered valid PPC traffic (8 real FTDs).
Partner added new terms after the fact and is refusing payment.
No evidence of fraud or incentive traffic was presented.
We trust AskGamblers will recognize the situation as a clear case of retroactive non-payment and act accordingly.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Kind regards,
Affgang Team
