I would like to report an issue regarding unpaid commissions from the Vegaz Casino affiliate program.
Vegaz Casino currently owes me €2,620.29 in commissions that were generated through my affiliate activity.
My affiliate manager informed me on February 4th that the payment would be processed at the beginning of the following week (Monday or Tuesday). Since then, I have not received any payment.
I tried contacting my affiliate manager several times, but my messages were read and left unanswered. Because of this, I also contacted the marketing team by email, but I did not receive any response from them either.
At this point, I am simply requesting the payment of the commissions owed to me.
I have all communication records and proof available if required.
