I am filing this complaint because Vegaz Casino has failed to process a withdrawal of €300 that is rightfully owed to me.
Despite following all instructions and providing the requested wallet addresses/verification details, the casino has ceased all meaningful communication. I have reached out multiple times to resolve this, but my inquiries are being ignored. I am requesting that the operator process my payment immediately and provide an update on the status of these funds.
