Dear AG team, we have 5000€ unpaid fixed fee from Condor affiliates from December 2022.
We have tried multiple times to get this paid by their finance team, without success.
In the contract we had X amount of FTD guaranteed which we accomplished, we can send the IO if needed.
Condor has always been a good partner for us, so we waited sometime before submitting this complaint.
We hope everything gets resolved.
