I have been promoting Friends of Seven brand 7 Gods Casino since mid November.
At the beginning, things were all fine and my affiliate manager asked me to confirm my payment details in early December, saying that my commissions would be processed until 14th that month. But then it started to go down the spiral. Every time I got in touch with my affiliate manager Catherine < surname removed > says that there is a problem with the bank processing the payments. I have been patient enough and waited until the end of December believing their promises, but now it's more than a month overdue and I am missing commissions for 2 months.
Regarding my manager, strangely, she uses 2 names, as her email name is Catherina < surname removed >. I have also asked her for contact details for head of affiliates for several times, but she has not provided me with the details either.

I've been trying to reach Catherine (or Catherina), but there has been no response from them.
The commissions are still left unpaid and there is no credible reason behind that - I really doubt that they cannot solve issue if their payment providers for 2 motnhs.

I have stopped bombing my AMs Skype so only communication with Friends of Seven affiliates is here at the moment.
The commissions are still unpaid. I haven't been given any new information, just reminded the fact that the "commissions are coming soon" and there is "a problem with the bank, but they have all the money".
It has been almost 2 months now me waiting for the commissions they owe me.
Also, I tried getting in touch with MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) and they are not able to help with this matter. MGAs position on this is that they can only help players with disputes, not Affiliates. So I guess having a MGA licence does not ensure that the affiliate is safe or protected in any way from them. Feels like MGA are only interested in handing out licences without even checking financial background of their (soon-to-be) licensed casinos.
So the question is - is there any other institution that could help me with this issue? Or I just need to hope that their fear of bad reputation in Ask Gamblers is my only straw of hope?

Payment has not been made yet. I think that AskGamblers may close this topic as it seems that they are not going to pay their debts.
Will connect all other platforms where Friends of 7 are advertising themselves and share this experience.
Maybe someone from AG can let me know what institution can help me with this? I have connected MGA, but they stated that they are protecting only players in their licensed casinos, not affiliates.
