Friends of 7 Affiliates - Unpaid commission

Hello,
I started to work with friendsofseven recently! Everything was just fine until mid December! We haven't received our earned commission for November! Since middle of December I am trying to reach with them, but they have ignored over 5 mails, and I have been left without any explanation! I do not get any support or information what going on!

In both attachments you can see the same period from 1.st October until 31. December, in these 3 months we earned €2,160.00. In the second attachment we can see that for the same period no transcriptions were made!

Sorry for not updating information in time. But unfortunately we still haven't received out earnings in amount of €2,160! As in previous answer Friends of seven told it will be paid soon and it is not already for three months!

Is there any institution I can contact regarding this situation? As I can see I am not the only affiliate having this kind of situation with this company!
