We are submitting this complaint regarding unpaid commission from Betmen Affiliate for the month of April.

Before starting the deal, the affiliate manager clearly told us that there were no KPI requirements attached to the campaign. Based on that understanding, we agreed to proceed with a one-month test during April.

During April, we delivered traffic and referred 61 players. After the test period ended, the manager introduced KPI requirements that had never been mentioned or agreed upon before the campaign started. He then claimed that these KPIs were not reached and used this as the reason to avoid paying the full commission.

After further discussion, we reached an agreement that 50% of the commission would be paid. The wallet was approved for payment, so we expected the agreed amount to be sent.

However, after the wallet approval, Betmen Affiliate did not pay anything at all. No partial payment was received. After that, the manager accused us of fraud without providing any explanation, evidence, report, or supporting details. He then stopped responding completely.

The unpaid commission for April is €15,470 for 61 referred players.

We are asking Betmen Affiliate to either pay the outstanding commission or provide clear evidence and a detailed explanation for their fraud allegation. Until now, no proof has been provided and no payment has been made despite the prior agreement and wallet approval.
