Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding the Batman Affiliates program. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received my rightful affiliate commission of €131, nor has my affiliate account been closed. The representatives Nikita and Tana Anna have repeatedly delayed the payout and closure process.
Summary of the situation:

I informed the affiliate manager well in advance that our website would cease operations, and we wished to terminate the partnership.

Initially, the minimum withdrawal amount was €100, which I reached, but then it was suddenly increased to €500 without prior notice.
After Skype was discontinued, I provided my Telegram contact information; however, after one reply, further messages went unanswered.

I have clearly stated that I do not require any commission for May, only the existing €131 balance, and I requested the closure of the affiliate account.

Nikita and Tana Anna informed me that the payout would only be processed after June 15, although the €131 balance is already finalized and should be payable immediately.
The continuous delays and evasive communication give the impression that the payment is being deliberately postponed, which is unacceptable and unfair.
This treatment severely undermines trust and is not in line with acceptable partner relations.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to intervene to ensure that my €131 commission is paid out promptly and that my affiliate account is officially closed without further delay.

I am happy to provide all relevant correspondence and evidence to support my claim.

I wish to bring to your attention that I have yet to receive any further response from Ms. < full name removed >. Upon following up with Mr. < last name removed >, I was informed that he is no longer affiliated with this program.

In light of this, I respectfully request your assistance, as it appears that Batman Affiliates is neglecting my legitimate concerns regarding the outstanding commission payment of €131 and the formal closure of my affiliate account.
Your prompt support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
