I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the Playfina Affiliates program on behalf of Tinna S.
In May 2025, we informed Playfina that our website and social media channels would be permanently shut down, and we requested to close our affiliate partnership accordingly. We also requested payment of the outstanding €17 fixed commission earned during the active period.
Despite multiple attempts to contact our assigned affiliate manager (Milena), we received no response for a long time. Eventually, we were told that the minimum payout threshold is €100, and therefore, the payment could not be processed.
This situation is problematic for several reasons:
We were never informed about the minimum payout policy or any changes to it, although previous payments below this threshold had been made.
Communication was delayed and inconsistent; our manager (Milena) did not respond promptly and only replied after repeated follow-ups.
During the active period, Playfina links remained active on our platforms, meaning the partnership was effectively ongoing throughout May.
Our requests were always polite, cooperative, and clear—we only sought a fair closure of the partnership by receiving the small pending commission.
This complaint is not about the amount but about the principle: it is unfair to exclude a partner from payment without prior notification or genuine consultation.
Therefore, we respectfully ask AskGamblers to investigate this matter and assist with:
The payment of the outstanding €17 commission,
The official closure of our affiliate account,
Ensuring more transparent and fair treatment of affiliates by Playfina in the future.

We would like to clarify that, according to our Terms and Conditions: "The minimum withdrawal amount from the Affiliate’s account is 100 EUR for all payment methods." However, in this particular case, as an exception, we will proceed with the payment of the €17 commission as requested.
