I am writing to submit a complaint regarding to Playfina partners about not paying my commission for February
After January, my payment was processed without any issues and I did not receive any warning or notification that there were concerns about my traffic quality. On the contrary, during February I was informed that I could continue promoting the site in March.
Only afterwards at 3rd of March i was informed that my traffic had been marked as “fraudulent” based on certain patterns (desktop traffic , one-time depositors, low deposit amounts, etc.), and that the manager said the CPA part would not be paid, only the RS part. Since the RS amount is 0 €, this effectively means I have not been paid anything for February.
I would like to clearly state the following:
• My role is strictly promotional. I do not control what device users register from or how much they decide to deposit.
• I did not receive any prior warning or notice in February regarding traffic quality issues.
• I continued promotion based on your confirmation that everything was fine.
• The players were real users who registered and played on their own decision.
I believe that retroactively reclassifying the traffic and withholding I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the non-payment of my CPA commission for February and March.
My comission for february would be ~700€
Dear Kreexyy,
We have carefully reviewed your complaint and your February traffic together with our team and would like to provide a more detailed explanation of the situation.
First of all, we would like to clarify that your January traffic was analyzed and found to meet our quality standards. Therefore, the January commission was fully approved and paid without any issues.
However, under the agreed hybrid deal (€70 CPA + 35% RS, BL 21), we observed that players were depositing slightly above the required threshold in order to trigger the CPA qualification. This pattern appears to indicate incentivized traffic.
The majority of deposits were made via cryptocurrency for amounts slightly above the threshold of €21, which is the minimum amount required to make a CPA payment (the minimum crypto deposit on our platform is 15 USDT).
As stated in our affiliate terms, we reserve the right to withhold CPA payments in cases where traffic is determined to be fraudulent, incentivised, manipulated or otherwise substandard.
We remain open to future collaborations under transparent and appropriate traffic terms and we are ready to provide more detailed information to the representatives of Askgamblers.com if required.
Best regards,
Playfina Team

Dear Playfina Team,
Thank you for your detailed response.
However, I would like to address several important points.
While it is true that some players deposited amounts slightly above the minimum threshold, this alone does not indicate incentivized or fraudulent traffic. Player behavior naturally varies. There were also players who deposited significantly more, several hundred euros, and in some cases even over a thousand euros. The overall player value and total deposits clearly demonstrate genuine interest and real user engagement, which compensates for any smaller deposits made by other users.
Focusing solely on deposits slightly above the CPA threshold does not reflect the full picture of the traffic quality or player value.
Additionally, there have been repeated payment delays on your side, which negatively impacted trust and cooperation. Furthermore, some of my players were banned without clear justification, despite being legitimate users. These unexplained bans and withheld payments raise serious concerns and should also be taken into account when evaluating the situation.
I have always aimed to deliver genuine, high-quality traffic, and the deposit patterns, including high-value players. Even i got told at the end of february to continue promoting, because then, everything is ok, you would have noticed it in the middle of the month if my traffic is fraud.
