We are writing to formally raise a complaint against N1 Partners regarding their failure to respond to affiliate communications and their refusal to process a pending commission payment.
We partnered with N1 Partners in December 2025 and have since actively driven traffic to their brands, including writing detailed reviews and dedicated promotional content. As part of the onboarding process, payment methods need to be approved by N1 Partners through their 2 affiliate dashboard before any withdrawal can be processed. Lucky Hunter Partners, and N1 Partners.
On 8 January 2026, we sent a Telegram message to our affiliate contact requesting approval of our payment method. The message was read but never responded to. As commission began accumulating and we crossed the payment threshold, we followed up again via Telegram, this message was also read and ignored. We subsequently sent emails as well, none of which received a reply.
To date, we have sent multiple messages across multiple channels regarding both the payment method approval and the outstanding commission balance. Every single one has been left on read or ignored entirely.
The outstanding amount owed to us is €509.90. We acknowledge this is not a large sum, but that is not the point. We entered this partnership in good faith, invested time and resources into writing quality content and sending traffic their way, and expected the same level of professionalism in return. The complete radio silence from N1 Partners is unacceptable.
We value long-term partnerships built on transparency and mutual respect. What we have experienced instead is a one-sided arrangement where we have delivered on our obligations while N1 Partners has failed to meet even the basic standard of responding to a message.
Our requests are straightforward:
Approval of our payment method as submitted in the affiliate dashboard
Payment of the outstanding €509.90 commission
A written response acknowledging this complaint
We hope this matter can be resolved promptly and without further escalation.
