When it's their time to pay their dues the account managers seem to all vanish and ghost. Had been in contact with a couple of account managers who have now ghosted us since we sent the invoice for payment. Any other account manager that I tried to contact on skype has never replied. It's embarrassing behavior in my opinion.

Balance outstanding for the period April 2023 - February 2024 stands at Eur 4,800. Did not account for revenue March 2024 onwards cause of the ghosting and didnt want to end up having to writing it off. March 2024 to date is an additional circa Eur 5,000.
