Stax Affiliates - Staxaffiliates don't answer and never paid

We started to promote STAX AFFILIATE on February 2025 and since then we have never been paid.
They account manager disappeared and doesn't answer for our calls or chats.
Also the second account manager blocked us from her whatsapp.
Attached screenshots of our tries to catch them via TEAMS and Whatsapp and Telegram.
Also attached photos of the amounts they owe us.

As you can see John, their account manager, stopped answering us after we sent him the invoices on May 2025.

Total amount they owe us: 1800 EUR
