Stax Affiliates - commission not paid after more than a year

I am submitting this complaint because Stax Affiliates has failed to pay my earned commission despite countless follow-ups over more than a year.

I started working with Stax Affiliates in January 2025 and generated players under our agreement. After reaching a commission of €1,278.51, I submitted my invoice as requested.

Initially, I was told that my account needed a verification before payment could be processed. I accepted that explanation, but after three months, nothing had changed. I kept following up by email, but most of the time I received no response at all.

Finally, in September 2025, someone from their finance team replied and asked me to send my bank details (IBAN) so they could proceed with the payment. I immediately provided everything they requested.

Since then... complete silence.

I have sent numerous reminders to:

my dedicated Affiliate Manager,
the affiliate support team,
and the finance department.

None of them have provided any update or processed the payment. My affiliate manager has apparently disappeared, and nobody else has taken over my case.

I have emails proving:

the original invoice,
multiple follow-ups,
their request for my bank details,
and the complete lack of response afterward.

What worries me even more is that I have recently seen several other complaints describing the exact same pattern: delays, excuses, then complete silence. This no longer looks like an isolated incident but rather a recurring way of handling affiliate payments.

The amount owed is €1,278.51, which has remained unpaid for well over a year.

It's easy to ask affiliates to promote your casino and bring you new customers. It's another thing to actually pay them for the work they have already completed.

I am requesting:

Immediate payment of my outstanding commission of €1,278.51.
A clear explanation for why I have been ignored for so long after being told the payment would be processed.

I hope AskGamblers can help resolve this matter, because after more than a year of waiting and countless unanswered emails, I no longer believe Stax Affiliates intends to pay voluntarily.
