Hello AskGamblers team,
I would like to file a complaint against Rio Play Casino. I am an affiliate of the brand and generated commissions in the following periods:
March 2025: $1216.25
April 2025: $3.50
Total unpaid amount: $1,219.75
My affiliate account is still active and accessible, but I no longer have any communication with the affiliate manager or anyone responsible. I was accused of sending fraudulent traffic, but no evidence was ever provided. After the accusation, the manager simply blocked me on Telegram and all communication stopped.
The earnings are clearly recorded in the dashboard, and all traffic was legitimate. I kindly ask for AskGamblers' assistance in mediating this situation and helping me receive the commissions I rightfully earned.
Thank you for your support,

Dear RioPlay Affiliate Program,
Please let us know if there are any updates regarding this ongoing complaint. Please note that, in case you fail to respond within the given timeframe, we will consider your case unresolved and it will be closed accordingly.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

This complaint has been reopened as per RioPlay Affiliates request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint and clarify our position.
Following an internal investigation, we have concluded that the affiliate in question violated several key provisions of the RioPlay Partners Terms and Conditions, which all affiliates agree to upon joining our program.
To summarize:
⸻
🔹 Clause 6.3 – Prohibited Practices
“The Affiliate must not engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity in connection with this Agreement or the Program, including but not limited to: generating traffic through automated or robotic means, incentivizing players in an unauthorized manner, or engaging in behavior that artificially inflates performance metrics.”
The traffic exhibited highly abnormal qualification rates, a large number of duplicate and multi-accounts, and signs of coordinated player behavior that fall under prohibited traffic manipulation.
⸻
🔹 Clause 6.2 – Good Faith
“The Affiliate will operate at all times in good faith and in accordance with the highest standards of business ethics.”
Our review identified patterns that strongly suggest the affiliate was able to influence player behavior after registration — something inconsistent with the expected independence of legitimate paid acquisition traffic.
⸻
🔹 Clause 3.3 – Non-Compliance and Fraud Monitoring
“RioPlay reserves the right to withhold payments and terminate agreements if the Affiliate is found to be involved in any activity deemed fraudulent, unethical, or non-compliant with these terms.”
In accordance with this clause, commission payments have been withheld and the partnership terminated.
⸻
Additionally, this affiliate introduced two other partners into the program whose traffic followed identical behavioral patterns — including a abnormally high qualification rate on first deposits and other technical red flags like multi-accounts — further supporting the conclusion of a coordinated and non-compliant setup.
To maintain the integrity of our fraud-detection systems and to prevent future abuse, we are not disclosing full technical details publicly. However, we have submitted supporting evidence privately to the AskGamblers moderation team and remain available to provide further information upon request.
We are committed to upholding the integrity of our affiliate program and ensuring that only traffic which complies with our terms is rewarded.
