RockSolid Affiliates - Revenue share never paid

Hello ,

I would like to complain about rocksolid affiliate .

Since more than 6 month now Mr Mike M promesses me to a payment on my netteler account but it was never done ! As you can see on screenshot .

I work with multiple affiliation platforms and I’ve never seen something like that !

I just ask nicely to rocksolid to pay me on my netteler account fast as possible in order to resolve this issue!

Hello TITIAANDWALLY,
Please note that our minimum threshold is €250 and your balance is €225. You can read that on our FAQ section on our website.
Despite this, we will process your payment after this complaint is removed and on our next available payment date.

Ok issue was Resolved by Mike I should receive the paiement today or tomorrow so everything is fine with this affiliate site we just had a miscommunication

It was agreed, that they will pay in 48 hours.

However, after 82 hours NO PAYMENT was received yet.

Could please provide me a date of payment ?

6 days later -> still nothing ! This is what’s happening since 7 month always saying yes sure I send it in 48h and then always nothing . Please could you answer ?

As explained previously, your selected payment method belongs to a country which, unfortunately, we are unable to process monies to.
Please provide your wire transfer or details and we will see the transaction happens as soon as possible.
You can also provide your Ecopayz details if you have an account. We have no country restrictions with this method.

Hello,

Please make sure you complete your details on the system. We only pay based on the system information.
Also note that at this point April's payments are closed and we will have to move you to the next payment period.
In addition to that we request from askgamblers to remove this complaint since the affiliate is claiming a payment that is not in line with our terms and conditions. His earnings are below the permitted threshold therefore this complaint, as such, is invalid.

And I just want to add that If mike m would have not tell me we pay you in 48 h since 8 month I would never have open the complain + of course nothing was paid again in 48h and we come back to the same point as always . So please let the case open till the beginning of the next month to see if I get paid . I know the terms and conditions by the way . But it’s not my fault mike m has made many promesses for nothing here is the real issue . So thank you and please provide a date of payment instead of saying ( in the next available payment date ) . Be clear for once . Thank you ( and of course mike never told me that netteler was not available in my country ) . And also I get insulted by Mike m saying me ( I’m the worst streamer of the world , and I’m not professional as per screenshot ) . Lol . This has makes me laugh he’s insulting his customer and then say that they’re not professional . Mike m also told me that my complain at askgambler will do nothing because they work together and that Rocksolidaffiliates could get the complain deleted at any time ( screenshot to proove it ) . That’s insane all the issue we have with your company for a 225 euro payment this is ridiculous . So please told to you mike m that first he has to learn how to speak French correctly. And second he has to stop lying and make promesses to peoples for no reason . And you know what you can keep the money I will not ask it anymore I’m not dumb . But your company is absolutely ridiculous . So please keep everything and thank you for lying and insulting to you customer .

When changing your payment details please make sure to mark the new one as your preferred payment method, otherwise it will chose the previous one set by you
