Hi, we've been affiliates for RockSolid for years.
They owe us revenues from November 2019 till February 2020.
The sum is 610 eur.
We waited and tried to communicate with Mike < surname removed >, their agent.
He made several promises about dates of payment, but never payed anything.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. We understood that your account manager is on top of the issue and owed commissions should be paid immediately
We were in contact with RockSolid agent on Tuesday.
It was agreed, that they will pay in 72 hours.
However, after 82 hours NO PAYMENT was received yet.
And today they don't reply on Skype or Email.

Please be informed we refer to the business hours, As we at rocksolid don't work on Fridays and Saturdays also Bank is off on Sunday, the payment due must be considered to be done by the 30 of March. Please be assure we are aware of your payment but also reminding that case happened because of late receiving of the Invoice.
