I have worked with ReefMedia a month. Now that the month is coming to an end and the income should be equalized, they announced they are not going to pay. Casinos are reportedly suspected of fraudulent activity.
However, I cannot accept this, as I cannot influence players' deposit amounts or other policies. Earlier, I was told that players need to deposit a second time so the action doesn’t look suspicious. Unfortunately, I can't influence this either, because I don't know who the players are.
I have a program within 9k €, consisting of a multi-casino Hybrid deal. Now my account is closed, but I have footage from my most recent earnings report that said payments were due. I'm happy if I get to pay what the image was taken in my account.
My manager said Lapalingo and Dunder accuse of fraud. I have not received any documents or evidence of fraudulent traffic from those casinos. Attached is a picture of ReefMedia's desktop. As the picture shows, there are receivables of about € 9,000
My manager also reported weekly that traffic to the casinos looks good and thus the amount was able to grow that high.
Yesterday, he said players who have already deposited need to get more deposits so it doesn’t look bad. I said I’m trying to get people who have already played to deposit, even though I don’t know who they are. This morning I received an announcement that my account will be closed and my payments will remain locked for 6 months
I also have other casinos through them that, according to my manager, nothing has been complained about, so why do they also withhold money from places like Justspin and Olybet?
It was also argued to me that all players deposit the same amount of € 100, but as the picture shows, this is not the case. If the amount of deposits divided by the number of depositors would be for example in the Just Spin deposit per person was 349 € ... And I am quite sure that this kind of average deposit amount is not correct.
I also wonder why a € 100 deposit is a problem if the casino offers e.g. a bonus up to € 100. Even in this situation, I would deposit the maximum amount.
So in its simplicity, I want an explanation as to why the money is not being paid. I understand that from now on the amount will no longer increase, but the amount increased so far without any problems belongs to me!

I feel it is very important to get the full facts before posting in public and making accusations that could potentially damage a companies name and reputation.
I have looked into into this and i can confirm 100% at no time have either my team or I ever communicated with Reef Media or the parent company XL Media in relation to your commission or your traffic, We have at no time told Reef Media or any persons working for XL Media that we would be withholding your commission.
Rabbit Entertainment will be fully honoring its commitment and agreement with Reef Media and we will be paying them for every player that you have sent including the late converting players that have come in the past 7 days.
All commissions due to Reef Media will be paid with 30 days of receiving an invoice from the parent company.
Going forward if you have issues being paid for traffic that you sent to our brands please contact me directly.
I trust this issue is fully settled.

The boss at ReefMedia contacted me and said they weren’t told you wouldn’t pay. I will continue the conversation with them. However, it said it would freeze my income for 3 months .. I don't understand the reason. As I understand it, that they receive their income in mid of this month ... but still they don't pay my incomes. Strange, but to their way of doing business.

I have worked both side as an operator and as an affiliate, Reef Media by freezing your accounts for 3 month are airing on the side of caution because of how your traffic look in terms of value and conversion, If I was Reef Media I would be doing the exact same thing with you.
I dont believe that a public forum is the place for such a conversation but i am happy to discuss and explain my thoughts to you on skype or email.
