Difficulty with payment for Rabbit Affiliate

Good afternoon everyone. My name is Andrey, I am the CEO of Recap LTD.

We have an unpleasant situation with Rabbit Affiliates.
We are Recap company - we provide excellent traffic for different casinos. This is our first such situation in 3 years on the market.

We have accumulated several small payments for different months. The total amount currently stands at € 1,577.4.

The manager of the company assures that they cannot pay money in any way except by bank transfer. Despite the fact that it is not convenient and not customer-oriented, we resigned ourselves and began to resolve the issue with a bank payment.

As usual in such situations, an invoice is required. Further, any our invoice for Rabbit Affiliates, according to them, is incorrect. There was a number of times when we sent the invoice, they told us that it was suitable - and then a couple of days later they said that something was missing and sent it back for revision. According to these details, we received payments from other companies - it is unclear why they are not suitable for Rabbit Affiliates.

Note that in accordance with clause 7.1.1 of T&C Rabbit Affiliates, the payment will be executed within 30 days from the date of invoice acceptance. We get the impression that every time they try to postpone this and we have to redo the invoice again and reset the waiting counter for 30 days.

We would really like to invest our time not in disassembling and unnecessary alterations of the same document, but in finding and generating excellent traffic for the casino.

We are ready to accept this payment in ANY convenient way for Rabbit Affiliates. But the situation must be resolved.
If necessary, I can provide correspondence.

I think it is a shame that rather than working with us directly to resolve your issues on your invoice you took the time to post in public, in fact for the second time yet you did not respond to my first forum reply or either of my emails. Lets deal with this point by point in public as you wish:

1. We have an unpleasant situation with Rabbit Affiliates. – You have simply been asked to amend an invoice I am not sure how this is unpleasant.

2. The manager of the company assures that they cannot pay money in any way except by bank transfer – Rabbit Entertainment has as bankwire only policy for the last 12 month even your previous invoice was paid via bank wire.

3. Further, any our invoice for Rabbit Affiliates, according to them, is incorrect. – You had no username on the first invoice, no vat details and your company address was not clear, every month we send a newsletter to every affiliate explaining exactly what is need on the invoice.


4. Note that in accordance with clause 7.1.1 of T&C Rabbit Affiliates, the payment will be executed within 30 days from the date of invoice acceptance. We get the impression that every time they try to postpone this and we have to redo the invoice again and reset the waiting counter for 30 days. – This statement is simply not true you sent the invoice on 23rd Oct if the information was correct and as requested it would have been paid yesterday.


5. We would really like to invest our time not in disassembling and unnecessary alterations of the same document, but in finding and generating excellent traffic for the casino – If you followed what is written in the newsletter sent out every single month you would not have to generate a new invoice.


6. We are ready to accept this payment in ANY convenient way for Rabbit Affiliates. But the situation must be resolved. – Once the invoice has been supplied correctly you will be paid.


Please also note since you submitted your previous invoice in April all of your company information and banking information has since changed and as such we will be required to complete conduct KYC checks before this payment can be issued.

I will be contacting your directly to complete the KYC and at that time I will happily assist you with your invoice if needed.
