I would like to file a complaint regarding a long overdue affiliate payment and unprofessional conduct from Energy Partners (Betterplay parters)
We generated traffic in November–December 2025 and delivered a total of 4 FTDs, which were confirmed by the affiliate manager. Due to internal tracking issues on their side, 3 FTDs had to be added manually by their team.
We were instructed to send the invoice between 7th–15th of January, which we did. However, due to their internal confusion, we were later asked to resend the invoice, which was done on February 9th, 2026.
According to their terms, payment should be made within 30 days, but as of today (3rd of April 2026), the payment is still outstanding.
Throughout this period:
We received no clear payment date
We were told multiple times that the payment was “scheduled”, but it was never processed
The delay is now significantly beyond agreed terms
We have fulfilled all our obligations, and the delay is entirely on the advertiser’s side.
At this point, we request:
Immediate payment of the outstanding balance
Clarification on why the payment has been delayed for such an extended period
We are ready to provide full communication history and any additional details if required.
