Everytime I talk with an affiliate manager, I get a message back saying the same thing:

The same has been going on for months now, and is happening to one of my colleagues too. I have tried contacting their affiliates/partners email too, but no answer. One time I had to contact customer support so that my affiliate manager would answer me. Updates have been more frequent now, but still with the same type of message: "Sorry for the delay, will be paid soon".
