Hello AskGamblers Team,
I would like to submit a formal affiliate complaint against NV Partners / NV Casino regarding an unpaid CPA settlement and an attempted unilateral change of the agreed deal after the traffic was already delivered.
The agreed offer was:
- Brand: NV Casino
- GEO: Hungary
- Traffic source: Facebook + website
- CPA rate: 90 EUR
- Test cap: 20 FTD per GEO
I sent traffic according to the agreed NV Casino Hungary offer. The test cap of 20 FTDs was reached in my statistics. After reaching the cap, I contacted the affiliate manager to confirm the status of the FTDs, approval, payment, and possible cap increase.
The manager asked me to stop the traffic flow and said they would check everything. I stopped the traffic flow as requested.
After the review, the manager claimed that my traffic did not pass several KPI conditions, including the amount of player deposits. However, instead of providing a transparent breakdown, exact calculations, or FTD-level rejection reasons, they stated that only a one-time payment at 40% RevShare would be possible.
I do not accept this decision because the original agreed deal was 90 EUR CPA for Hungary traffic with a 20 FTD test cap. The 20 FTD test cap was reached. The offer terms mention that reduced rate or 40% RevShare may apply if the test volume is underfilled. In my case, the test volume was not underfilled, because the 20 FTD cap was reached.
I also do not refuse a fair KPI review. I accepted the KPI conditions before sending traffic. However, I do not accept that NV Partners can simply say “several KPI conditions failed” without providing transparent proof, exact numbers, or a detailed FTD-level explanation.
I asked NV Partners several times to provide a clear breakdown, including:
1. which exact KPI conditions failed,
2. the exact numbers used for the KPI calculation,
3. how many Hungary FTDs within the 20 FTD test cap are considered valid,
4. how many FTDs are rejected,
5. the exact reason for each rejected FTD,
6. whether already approved CPA conversions will be paid at the agreed 90 EUR CPA rate,
7. the final payable amount and payment date.
Instead of providing this breakdown, the manager replied that if I do not accept the one-time 40% RevShare offer, then all traffic will not be paid at all, and the cooperation is ended.
In my opinion, this is not a transparent settlement. It looks like I am being forced to accept 40% RevShare instead of the agreed CPA deal, without being shown the exact KPI calculation or the specific reasons for rejecting the CPA payment.
The most important point is this:
I am not saying that NV Partners cannot review KPI quality. They can review it. But if they claim that the traffic failed KPI and they want to refuse CPA payment, they should provide clear evidence, exact calculations, and FTD-level rejection reasons. A general statement is not enough to cancel the agreed CPA deal after the traffic has already been delivered.
I can provide the following evidence:
- screenshot of the offer terms showing NV Casino Hungary, 90 EUR CPA, Facebook + website traffic, and 20 FTD test cap,
- screenshot of the KPI conditions,
- screenshot of my statistics showing the qualified leads / FTDs,
- screenshot of approved and hold CPA amounts if required,
- screenshot of the manager asking me to stop the traffic flow,
- screenshot showing that I stopped the traffic after being asked,
- screenshot of the manager stating that only 40% RevShare is possible,
- screenshot of my request for a detailed KPI breakdown,
- screenshot of the manager refusing payment unless I accept the 40% RevShare offer,
- full communication history.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to mediate this dispute and ask NV Partners to provide a transparent explanation and proof.
My requested resolution is:
1. NV Partners should provide a full KPI breakdown with exact numbers and FTD-level rejection reasons.
2. NV Partners should confirm how many Hungary FTDs from the 20 FTD test cap are valid.
3. NV Partners should pay the valid / approved CPA conversions according to the agreed 90 EUR CPA deal.
4. If NV Partners believes that a reduced settlement is justified, they should provide proof and offer a fair CPA-based settlement instead of forcing a one-time 40% RevShare payment.
5. NV Partners should confirm the final payable amount and payment date.
The disputed amount under the original deal is 1800 EUR, based on 20 FTDs × 90 EUR CPA.
I want to resolve this professionally. I am not asking AskGamblers to accept my claim without evidence. I am asking for transparent mediation because NV Partners has refused to provide a detailed breakdown and instead threatened non-payment unless I accept a 40% RevShare settlement.
Thank you.
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I would like to provide an important update to my complaint against NV Partners / NV Casino.
After I submitted the complaint, I continued asking the manager for a transparent KPI breakdown and final settlement explanation.
The manager confirmed two alleged KPI issues:
1. Motivated traffic was detected.
2. Income condition was not fulfilled.
However, regarding the “motivated traffic” allegation, the manager clearly refused to provide any explanation and wrote that “there will be no explanations here”.
I understand that an affiliate program may keep internal anti-fraud metrics confidential, but I believe it is not fair or transparent to make a serious allegation such as “motivated traffic” without providing at least:
- the number of affected FTDs,
- whether the allegation applies to all traffic or only part of it,
- a general explanation of the issue,
- or any evidence supporting the claim.
Regarding the income condition, the manager only explained the exact calculation after the traffic had already been delivered. The original offer wording only mentioned “income of at least 50% of the spend”, but the exact formula was not clearly disclosed before the campaign.
The manager later explained the formula as:
(rate × number of FTDs) / 2
For my 20 FTD test cap at 90 EUR CPA, they said this means at least 900 EUR income was required.
My point is not that I refuse KPI conditions. My point is that the exact formula and exact 900 EUR threshold were explained only after I had already delivered the traffic.
Another very important update:
Before the complaint, NV Partners offered a one-time 40% RevShare payment as a “friendly offer”. I did not accept it because I requested a transparent breakdown first.
After I submitted the AskGamblers complaint, the manager wrote that there is no RevShare option anymore because I posted the complaint, and called my complaint “unfriendly”.
In my opinion, this is very concerning, because it looks like the previous settlement offer was withdrawn as a reaction to me using a formal complaint channel, not because of a transparent KPI calculation.
The manager’s message was:
“There no rs option already. It was friendly proposition from our side, but you posted complain. That’s unfriendly especially when you are the one whose break the rules.”
I believe this supports my complaint because:
1. NV Partners refused to provide a detailed explanation for the motivated traffic allegation.
2. The exact income formula was disclosed only after the campaign.
3. They first offered 40% RevShare, then withdrew that offer after I submitted this complaint.
4. They still have not provided a clear final breakdown showing valid FTDs, rejected FTDs, reasons per rejected group, final payable amount, or payment date.
I am not asking AskGamblers to ignore KPI rules. I am asking for transparent mediation.
My requested resolution remains:
1. NV Partners should provide a full KPI breakdown.
2. They should confirm how many Hungary FTDs are valid and how many are rejected.
3. They should provide at least a general explanation and affected FTD count for the “motivated traffic” allegation.
4. They should explain why CPA Approved amounts shown in the dashboard are not payable.
5. They should provide a final settlement amount and payment date.
6. If a reduced settlement is justified, it should be clearly calculated and not withdrawn because I submitted a formal complaint.
I am attaching updated screenshots of the manager’s messages and the statistics.
Thank you.
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I would like to add another important update.
NV Partners / NV Casino replied that I “have to accept” the motivated traffic allegation because it is written in the terms and conditions. However, they still did not provide any explanation, affected FTD count, evidence, or final settlement calculation.
They also stated that I should have asked before the traffic flow started if I did not understand the income condition. My point is not that I did not understand that income was required. My point is that the exact formula, exact 900 EUR threshold, and calculation method were only explained after the traffic had already been delivered.
They also wrote that I am asking for better terms than those specified in the KPI. I disagree with this. I am not asking for better terms. I am asking for transparent proof and a clear final breakdown before accepting non-payment.
At this stage, NV Partners still has not provided:
1. final valid Hungary FTD count,
2. final rejected Hungary FTD count,
3. affected FTD count for the motivated traffic allegation,
4. any general explanation for the motivated traffic claim,
5. final payable amount,
6. payment date,
7. clear proof explaining why CPA Approved amounts in the dashboard are not payable.
I am attaching the latest screenshot of the manager’s reply.
Thank you.
Update:
The manager replied again and stated that I “violated two points” and that I am “threatening mediator sites”. I disagree with this wording.
I am not threatening anyone. I submitted a formal AskGamblers complaint because NV Partners refuses to provide a transparent final settlement breakdown.
They keep repeating that I violated the KPI, but they still refuse to provide an affected FTD count or any explanation for the “motivated traffic” allegation.
They also describe my complaint as “rant” and say that “ignorance of the terms does not negate responsibility”. My position remains the same: I am not denying the KPI terms. I am asking for transparent proof, valid/rejected FTD count, final payable amount, and a written final decision.
I am attaching the latest screenshot.
I'm not getting an answer?
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I would like to follow up on my affiliate complaint against NV Partners / NV Casino.
I submitted the complaint and also provided additional screenshots and updates from the manager conversation.
Since then, I have not received a public response or mediation update from AskGamblers or NV Partners.
The situation is still unresolved. NV Partners still has not provided:
1. a final valid Hungary FTD count,
2. a final rejected FTD count,
3. affected FTD count for the “motivated traffic” allegation,
4. any clear explanation or evidence for the “motivated traffic” claim,
5. final payable amount,
6. payment date,
7. a clear explanation why CPA Approved amounts shown in the dashboard are not payable.
The manager keeps repeating that KPI was violated, but they still refuse to provide a transparent FTD-level breakdown or even a basic explanation for the motivated traffic allegation.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to review the complaint and request an official response from NV Partners.
I am ready to provide any additional screenshots or information if needed.
Thank you.
