I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding a serious issue that I have been facing for the past two weeks. Despite repeated assurances that my payment would be processed, I have yet to receive the €940 that is owed to me. This situation has become increasingly concerning, as I have been continuously informed that the payment would be sent on Friday, but that promise has not been fulfilled. I have waited patiently, but at this point, I feel compelled to escalate the matter, as no resolution seems forthcoming.
What is even more troubling is the complete lack of communication from your side. My manager, who was previously in contact with me regarding this matter, has now been completely unresponsive for the last four days. I have tried reaching out through all available channels, including direct messages, emails, and official support contacts. Unfortunately, I have not received any reply, clarification, or update. This silence only adds to my frustration and disappointment.
As a client who has placed trust in your service, I expect a minimum level of transparency, accountability, and professionalism. The absence of communication and the delay in payments are unacceptable, especially given the assurances I was provided earlier. I understand that technical issues or internal delays can occur, but it is your responsibility to keep me informed and to provide accurate updates regarding the situation. Instead, I feel as though I am being ignored, and my concerns are not being taken seriously.
I kindly ask that you look into this matter urgently and provide me with a clear and honest update regarding the status of my payment. I have also attached a screenshot for your reference. Please let me know the exact reason for the delay and when I can expect to receive the funds.
