We faced a problem not only with unpaid commission, but also a total ignore from all the managers.
Will start with unpaid commission for February. On 21/03 we received confirmation from affiliate that amount to be paid for February is 15,410 EUR. Also we received deadlines for processing the payment and it was next week (24-28/03). For the period of 24-28.03 Gia was not replying to as, nor via Skype, Telegram, email. The next feedback we received on 01.04 that there are some delays and the payment will be done this week up to 04.04. As a result we have not received the payment and on 4/04 we also were ignoring. Gia replied only on 07.07 in the morning that she will check with payment team, no feedback was not received during the day and the final reply was "I`m already out of office, please wait till tomorrow".

09.04 - 1 reply that conformation for March will be on 10.04, but no feedback on payment
10.04 - ignoring
11.04 - we were told that the payment was processed, but no money on our wallet
14.04 - we were waiting for pop, but no pop were sent and no update on terms
15.04 - "Please rest assured that you will receive the money."
16.04-18.04 - total ignore
Total amount for Feb and March is 24190 EUR
