High Affiliates - Commission from March still not paid

High Affiliates have not paid the commission for March 2024 for a long period.
The commission amount is 839 EUR.
Initially, they kept postponing the payment date, and in May, they sent a payment confirmation to incorrect details (the correct details are specified in my account and were provided to the account manager in the chat).
They admitted that it was their mistake and promised to pay the commission to the correct details, but they did not pay by the specified date of June 20, 2024.
Currently, the account manager is completely ignoring my messages in the chat.

Evidence is attached (earning report, payment details, skype chat history)
