Vivatbet Partners - They not answering me

Hello! I hope you can help me guys. I got a problem with vivatbet partners. I have send many messages to my manager and also vivatbet parners email adress about this. I wanna cash out my affiliate earnings but they dont answer me anymore. Its been 2 months now that I have been trying to get any answer but no. Manager is not answering me or the vivatbet parners email.
