I've been working as a affiliate for almost 4 years. Unfortunately, there was no commission during this period. Because it was not easy to make members registered at BitCasino because I only deal with Korean gamblers.
But luckily, in January 2024, one member played the game after signing up. So, in February, I was able to get a small, if not a lot, return.
In March 2024, I tried to enter the partner page to check the February commisions, $700, but it couldn't log in. I sent numerous emails to those involved because I was curious about why, but I did not receive any reply.
After many different approaches, I received a single e-mail, no reason, no conditions, no explanation of the situation, saying that I was suspended my account for violating the rules.
After almost 4 years of no profit, now I have a little profit, so they treated affiliates like this. My account was suspended for no reason without saying exactly what regulations I violated.
For them, so easy to close their affiliate account. We are disposable?
I feel so resentful and unfair. I've never violated a rule, but if there is,
show me the exact evidence of what rule I violated.

Hello Askgamblers Team,
The individual in question has registered for the Bitcasino Affiliate program, which is supported by the Partners.io platform. As per reviewing the Affiliate account in question, it was determined that the account was found in violation of Partners.io terms & conditions, notably the following:
5. RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE AFFILIATE
5.1. The Affiliate hereby warrants:
h) That it will not generate traffic to Platform(s) by illegal or fraudulent activity, particularly but not limited to:
III. Registering as a player or making deposits directly or indirectly to any Affiliate Account through his/her tracker(s) for their own personal use and/or the use of its relatives, friends, employees or other third parties, or in any other way attempt to artificially increase the commission payable or to otherwise defraud the Company. Violation of this provision shall be deemed to be fraud.

Due to sufficient evidence that commission or CPA value has been generated in a manner that is deemed to be manipulative and fraudulent, the affiliate has been notified that the agreement between themselves and Partners.io will be declared void, and no subsequent payouts shall be made for any traffic generated to Bitcasino

It's so easy to close your partner's account. If you insisted I violated your terms, I have to follow your order?
I dont want to say this one, I already felt their response about affiliates.
As I mentioned above, I've worked as a partner so long more than 4 years.
Honestly, I haven't been able to access the affiliate page for a long time because my revenue has almost been 'zero' for a long time. But one day, I logged in to the page and found something.
I was really surprised. A few members played a game in January 2024, so there was a commission in February. I didn't know.
But what's more surprising is that BitCasino has just randomly removed my commission. I didn't log in for a long time, so they thought I would not. How can they remove affiliate income without any mention?
(Check attached image)
I compalined immediately and asked that my commission be returned. And they said sorry then put the commission back again. Even I got paid, I didn't feel good about it.
And in March 2024, there was a commission, around $700. But this is when BitCasino suspended my account.
What I am most upset is that the way how they treated their partners who have worked for them.
If I violated thier terms and condistions, just showed me strong evidence clearly.
