unfortunally we have to open a case with bluewinpartners for our missing payment from march.
We first were pretty exited to launch VikingLuck Casino with our exclusive offers and got several informations that traffic looks good and everything was okay. That was until some Users complained about long withdrawel times and we tried to solve those issues with affiliate partner, it took about 1,5 months, during that time our exclusive Code was deactivated without notification. We recieved several complains from users, that Code is not working anymore, so we tried to contact our affiliate manager, it was said that ticket at soft2bet were opened about this Code, unfortunally we dont hear anything since 02.04. from our affilaite anymore and we delisted the brand until we get new information logically. I hope you can help us solve this issue, as we still have open amount of 6000 €, as we recieved several confirmations that traffic is without problems.
