I am writing about a late affiliate payment totalling to €1720. This commission was paid into my affiliate account in May but wasn’t added onto the payment cycle until August. The terms state that you will be paid on 12th of each month but I’m yet to receive anything. This makes the payment now 6 weeks late. I’ve tried to get into contact with several people at MrPlay but I haven’t heard anything back despite many follow up emails detailing the situation. I feel I am being ignored by the company whilst they keep delaying the payout.
