Megapari Partners - Payment dues

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I’m writing to you with deep hope that you can help me recover $367 from Megapari.

At the time of our agreement, Megapari promised the following:

$600 as a fixed payment

$600 CPA for 20 players

50% revenue share

I worked very hard to complete all the required KPIs. I brought 20 real players, all of whom made deposits and even withdrawals. I have full data and proof of their activity.

But when it was time for payment, Megapari suddenly claimed that the players were fake and refused to pay. Now they are even blocking my messages, ignoring all my efforts and proofs.

The total payment was supposed to be $1,567 (Fixed $600 + CPA $600 + Revenue $367).
However, I’m not asking for the full amount anymore. If they still believe the traffic was suspicious, I’m willing to let go of the fixed payment and CPA.

I only request the $367 revenue share — the real profit earned from genuine players. It’s a small amount, but it means a lot to me after all the hard work and honesty I put into this collaboration.

Please, AskGamblers, help me get this amount from Megapari. I’ve done everything fairly and transparently, and now I’m just asking for what I honestly deserve.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your understanding and support.

Hello Megapari Partners,

Any updates regarding the payment?
Why hasn’t it been processed yet? Please make it fast, as it has already been over two months.

We delivered traffic to you instantly, so there’s no reason for such a long delay in payment.
This kind of service is really disappointing.

Hello everyone,

If Megapari sends any email regarding the players or any related issue, please note this:
We have delivered all players genuinely. Every single player has played, made deposits, and also withdrawals. They are blaming us just because of one player who made a larger deposit. They assume that because one player deposited a big amount, all others must be fake or suspicious, which is completely wrong.

I can provide full proof of every player’s deposits, withdrawals, and activity.

The issue is that Megapari believes we brought one big player who deposited around $600–700, while the other players deposited around $100–200 each. But how can we control how much each player deposits? Our job is to bring real players, which we have done genuinely.

Also, if they think we used suspicious players just to complete the KPIs for the fixed payment (since the agreed KPI was 20 FTDs and $1500 total deposit for a $600 fixed payment), we are ready to give up that fixed payment. Even if they believe the CPA players were fake, we don’t want that CPA payment either.

We are only requesting the $367 revenue share that Megapari earned from our genuine players.

Hello Askgamblers,

Please help me recover my money, this is my last hope. I’m currently under heavy debt of over $5,000 and completely broken. I don’t even have words to express how difficult this situation has become for me and my family.

I sincerely request you to kindly look into this matter. It might be a small amount for others, but for me, it means a chance to save my life.

Please, I beg for your support and understanding.

Hello everyone,
Please try to understand…
This money is truly my last hope. I’m not asking for anything extra - just 50% of the total revenue that rightfully belongs to me.

It’s Diwali time - a festival of light - but my home is filled with darkness right now. Relatives are visiting, and the people I owe money to are coming home and putting pressure on my family. We’ve lost our peace, our image, and our hope.

That payment can truly save my life and bring light back to my home — like an earthen lamp glowing again.

Please, I beg you from my heart… help me this one last time.

Hello Megapari Team,

Please, I’m requesting you to release the $367 revenue payment. It’s my last hope.
I am not asking for the CPA or fixed payment, only the revenue share that you earned from our genuine players.

The total payment was $1,568, but I’m only requesting $367, which is 50% of the total revenue.
Please understand my situation and help me. This amount means a lot to me and my family.

Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

Megapari Team,

I am writing to address the ongoing delay in my revenue share payment and the block placed on my account.

While I understand that payment matters require careful attention, the lack of communication and the measures taken have significantly impacted my trust and our professional relationship.

The Current Dispute
Payment Amount:

According to our agreed-upon revenue share deal, the total due amount is $1,537. I am specifically requesting the immediate release of $367, which represents my 50% revenue share of the earned funds.

Account Block and Delay:
I strongly object to the decision to block my account and withhold payment based on the claim of "suspicious players." This is entirely inaccurate. A decision of this magnitude, impacting my legitimate revenue share, should not be made solely on the activity of a single large player.

Revenue Share Principle:
The revenue share I am requesting is derived from the net earnings generated by the players I referred.
This is revenue your company has already received from our players, and I am simply asking for the agreed-upon share.

Proposed Resolution
I kindly ask you to reconsider this decision. My primary goal now is simply to resolve this matter and ensure I receive the undisputed revenue owed to me.

I request the immediate release of the $367 payment.
I also request a clear and documented explanation regarding the "suspicious player" claim and the process for appealing this block.

I no longer wish to pursue CPA or fixed payment deals;
I only seek the resolution of this current revenue share dispute.

I look forward to your prompt response and the resolution of this outstanding payment.

Hello everyone,

I truly don’t know what conversations happened between you both, but one thing is clear- you earned profit from the players we delivered, and we are only asking for the 50% revenue that was agreed. Nothing extra, nothing unfair.

Since the very beginning, our deal was clear: fixed payment, CPA, and 50% revenue share. We worked honestly, delivered genuine traffic, and brought real players who deposited and played. Now, just because one player made a high deposit, we are suddenly being accused of bringing “suspicious players.”

If you feel we were only chasing KPIs, we don’t want the fixed payment.
If you feel our CPA traffic was not genuine, we don’t want the CPA payment.

All we are asking for is the 50% revenue, the share that we earned honestly, with our hard work and trust.
Please try to understand this is not just business for us. This money is very important, and we have put our efforts, time, and trust into this partnership. We believed in fairness, and we still do.

We only request what is rightfully ours.

Thank you.

AskGamblers Complaints Team requested additional evidence and information from the Megapari Team.

I have all the proof regarding our agreement including the fixed payment terms and the CPA payment terms.

Yash from Megapari was assigned as my manager, and after the deal was confirmed, a group was created with the Megapari team for further discussions.

If Megapari cannot provide evidence to support their claims, I can provide all proof of the deal, including access to the affiliate panel. As I mentioned earlier,
if they believe we sent fake or low-quality players just to meet KPIs for the fixed payment, then we are not requesting the fixed payment at all.

If they think the players were not genuine, we are also not asking for the CPA payment.

We are simply requesting 50% of the revenue that Megapari earned from our genuine players - nothing more.

Hello Askgamblers,

This communication outlines a dispute regarding affiliate compensation from MegaPari, specifically addressing their claims of suspicious player activity.
Contractual Terms and Achieved Performance
The traffic delivered successfully generated 20 First-Time Deposits (FTDs) and yielded approximately $700 in total revenue. Our compensation models were as follows:

Fixed KPI Payment: $600.00 upon achieving 20 FTDs and $1,500 in total player deposits.
CPA + Revenue Share: $30.00 CPA per FTD (totaling $600.00) plus a 50% share of Net Gaming Revenue (NGR), amounting to approximately $367.00.

The total maximum claim, combining the CPA and Revenue Share components, is roughly $967.00 (or $1,567.00 if including the Fixed KPI payment in addition to CPA/Rev Share, though usually only one model applies).

MegaPari has alleged that the traffic included a "fraud player" with a high deposit ratio, implying the goal was solely to complete KPIs.

To expedite resolution and negate any concerns regarding fraud associated with the performance-based bonuses, we formally agree to waive our entire claim to both the Fixed KPI and CPA payments.

Our final demand is strictly limited to the verifiable, profitable revenue generated by the players:
We request immediate payment of only the 50% Revenue Share, which amounts to approximately $367.00.

Thank you in advance...

Dear Megapari Partner,

Why are you taking so long to respond? We did not take any extra time to deliver FTDs - we started our work immediately and fulfilled our responsibilities within the agreed timeframe.

We have provided our full service as promised, and now we are only asking for the revenue that you earned from our players. We are truly disappointed with this experience. We never expected such an issue from such a reputed brand.

Once again, we kindly request you - if you do not wish to provide the CPA or fixed payment, we are ready to let that go. Please just release the $367, which represents 50% of the revenue.

We are deeply hurt and disappointed. This situation has truly broken our trust and left us very sad.

Thank you 🙂
