Megapari Partners - Affiliate Payment Refusal and Delayed Autopayment Setup Despite Proven Traffic

Hello,

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding an affiliate dispute that involves delayed payments, failure to enable autopayments, and unjustified concerns about traffic quality.

I have been actively promoting the casino through my marketing channels and have provided clear evidence of this activity. In addition, my affiliate statistics confirm that I have delivered real and valuable traffic.

According to my affiliate dashboard:

- 99 registrations were generated
- 11 players made deposits
- Total deposit amount: $299.22
- Commission earned: $420

These results clearly demonstrate that I have fulfilled my obligations as an affiliate and delivered genuine users who actively engaged with the platform.

Despite this, I am experiencing the following issues:

1. Delayed Autopayment Setup
I was informed multiple times that my account would be connected to the autopayment system and that everything was “in progress” or would be completed “soon.” However, this has still not been completed.

2. Continuous Delays
I have repeatedly been asked to wait, including statements such as “please wait,” “3–5 business days,” and similar responses, without any actual resolution.

3. Contradictory Communication
While I was initially told that everything is being set up, I was later informed that the “traffic quality is weak.” This contradiction raises serious concerns, especially since no concrete evidence has been provided to support such claims.

4. Unsubstantiated Accusations
The concerns regarding traffic quality are vague and unsupported. I have not been provided with any detailed explanation, data, or proof to justify these claims.

5. Attempt to Change Terms
There have been indications that the terms of the deal might be changed due to “traffic quality,” even though the traffic has already been delivered. This is highly concerning and unfair.

6. Lack of Transparency
Overall, the handling of this situation lacks transparency and consistency, which makes it difficult to trust the process.

At this stage, it appears that the process is being unnecessarily delayed despite clear performance results.

I respectfully request:

- A full investigation of my affiliate activity and traffic
- Verification of the players and deposits generated
- Immediate clarification regarding the delay in autopayment setup
- Processing of my earned commission without further delay
- A fair and transparent resolution of this matter

I am fully prepared to provide all supporting evidence, including screenshots of my affiliate dashboard, promotional activity, and communication with the affiliate team.

This case has now been ongoing for weeks, with repeated delays and inconsistent communication.

I was clearly informed multiple times that the autopayment setup was in progress and would be completed shortly. However, this has still not been done. Instead, new concerns about traffic quality were introduced without any concrete evidence.

At the same time, my affiliate statistics show real results, including registrations, depositing players, and confirmed commission. This clearly demonstrates that I have fulfilled my obligations as an affiliate.

From my perspective, there is no valid reason for further delays. The required setup has not been completed, and the earned commission has not been paid.

I respectfully ask for a clear and final resolution of this matter, including the immediate activation of autopayment and processing of my earned commission.
