I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a serious issue I am facing with my affiliate account at betwinner.
The main problem is that I am unable to set up or access any withdrawal method on my account. Because of this, I cannot withdraw my earnings at all. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this issue by contacting my assigned affiliate manager, but unfortunately, I have not received any helpful response or solution.
I have funds in my account but no way to withdraw them. The lack of support and communication from both the affiliate manager and the platform is very concerning and unprofessional.
I have made multiple attempts to reach out and resolve this issue directly, but without success. Therefore, I am now escalating this matter through AskGamblers in hopes of receiving proper assistance and a fair resolution.
I kindly request your help in contacting the operator and ensuring that:
I am able to set up a valid withdrawal method.
I can successfully withdraw my funds without further delay.
