Betwinner Affiliates - Affiliate Commission Player Account Not Access Problem

Hello Dear,
I will Promote betwinner Brand in months of JANUARY AND FEBRUARY 2023. After we promote this brand on geo India we got 100% Available Money In Affiliated Dashboard their payment Method Player ac and my manager Harry send me a link for creating one player Ac and I will create a player Ac of his link and share him my player account details and number everything. Their payment term 15 days after my payment is confirmed and credited to my affiliate player Account I will not access my commission player and I tell my manager to solve the problem but he not helping me to solve this problem and I have many mails to security team please send me valid reason why I couldn't access my affiliate player ac but no any answer of my mail.
Now I am coming to you with my problem please solve my problem it's my humble request.
