Gaming1 - Wrong stats and misapplication of terms

Since last year, i generate some Net Revenue but no earning, i contact Gaming1 who reply it's because i have no new player deposit... see the email in attach filed. But in their T&C if you get any player you get 20% and it's up to 45% max for more player.. but anywhere i see : no new deposit player = no earnings !!!!
i have some active players who deposit and generate Net Revenue of 487€ but my earning is at 23€ !!!!
