FortuneJack Affiliates - FortuneJack not pay commissions

Hi. I am youtuber with close 300.000 subscribers. I am made deal with FortuneJack Affiliate Managers on Skype to work together for $150 CPA.
He set minimum deposit of $20 and did not set CPA to load and earn from this which we make deal.
I am bringing 9 players and he needs to pay me $900 for bringing 6 Qualified FTD's.
Now I have only loaded commissions from % not from CPA.
You have all proofs screenshots and skype conversations to see.
This is trusted fair for other players to company like Fortunejack (affiliates and casino) work like that!
