I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding the Hellpartners affiliate program.
The issue is that my assigned affiliate manager has failed to pay the commissions owed to me and has treated me unprofessionally in communication.
We agreed on a 90€ CPA deal, but to this day, I have not received any payment at all. The total unpaid amount is approximately 2,000€.
I have repeatedly contacted the Hellpartners team by email to report this problem, but I have not received any reply. I have also requested to be assigned to another manager due to the poor communication, but my request has been completely ignored.
The current manager keeps making promises and delaying payments, while responding to me in a sarcastic and disrespectful manner.
In addition, the balance displayed in my affiliate account does not match the agreed-upon amount — it only shows a partial figure.
However, the manager confirmed the correct amount in a Telegram message, with the exact date and details of what I am owed.
I have screenshots of all communications, agreements, and account data to fully support my statements.
Recently, I informed the manager that I would like the payment sent to a different address, since my Neteller account has been temporarily restricted for outgoing transactions.
The manager then claimed that the payment had already been sent, but provided no proof, and the funds never arrived.
I kindly request that you:
investigate the case involving the Hellpartners affiliate team,
assist me in receiving the approx. 2,000€ that I am rightfully owed, and
take appropriate action regarding the manager’s unprofessional and misleading behavior.
I do not seek conflict — I only wish to receive fair treatment and the commission that I have rightfully earned.

You started delivering traffic at the end of September, and as discussed earlier, your traffic required a verification period of 2–3 weeks due to the fact that you are a new partner and your traffic sources include Facebook groups and Telegram channels. Such sources require additional time for proper quality checks in line with our standard procedures.
A reconciliation ticket for your September activity was created on October 20th, and after the review process, the payout was approved on October 24th.
The approved amount for September is €540, not €2,000 as mentioned in your complaint.
This payment will be processed in the upcoming days.
Regarding October, please note that the reporting month is not yet closed, therefore the October payout has not been calculated or approved yet. As soon as the reconciliation for this period is completed, the payment will follow according to our regular payout schedule.
We would like to emphasize that there was no intentional delay or unprofessional behavior on our part. Our team has explained the verification process and payout timeline, which are standard for all new affiliates.

As of today, I have received €540! There is still around €1300–€1400 that they owe me.
They only paid this amount because of the influence of the Forum.
I still believe they don’t intend to pay the remaining balance — they only sent this payment because of the post I wrote here.
I am very grateful for the existence of this platform.

They didn’t pay through the updated payment method, even though I clearly informed them that I currently cannot use Neteller — outgoing transactions are not working.
Well, at least I received about a quarter of the payment, even though it wasn’t sent to the account I requested. That was intentional, in my opinion, from the manager’s side.

If this post is not created on the forum, you will not pay. I have proof of everything, a screen save of how the Manager behaves with me. Sarcasm. Demeaning. Does not inform with accurate data. Does not give a specific date regarding payment dates. Either I ask for another manager or I end the work with him.

As we have already explained, the September activity was verified and reconciled according to our standard procedures. The approved payout amount for September was €540, which was processed and paid in full.
Regarding October, please note that the reporting month has not yet been closed. The reconciliation for October traffic is still in progress, and as per our regular schedule, the payout for October will be processed in the first days of November. This timeline was communicated earlier and applies equally to all affiliates.
We would like to emphasize once again that there have been no intentional delays or unprofessional actions from our side. All payments are made in accordance with our procedures and based on verified data.

Below is a factual timeline of the events and our actions regarding affiliate Rodika99880:
- The affiliate started delivering traffic on 23 September 2025.
- As a new partner using social traffic sources (Facebook groups, Telegram channels), the activity was subject to a standard verification period of 2–3 weeks, in accordance with our internal anti-fraud and quality control policy.
- A reconciliation ticket for September activity was created on 20 October 2025.
- After the verification and reconciliation were completed, the payout was approved on 24 October 2025.
- The approved and fully paid amount for September is €540.
- Payment was processed via the affiliate’s previously confirmed payment method (Neteller).
- The October reporting period is still open, therefore the payout for that period has not yet been calculated or approved. It will be processed in early November, according to our regular schedule that applies to all affiliates.
We emphasize that there were no delays or unprofessional actions from our team. All communication with the affiliate was aimed at explaining our verification and payout timelines.

During the communication with hellpartners, the manager did not inform me about anything. You can lie to me, dear Hellpartners. As soon as the complaint was published on this page, I suddenly received my payment the next day. And the manager asked me to remove the post from here. NO. I will not remove it. Then when I get all the money you owe. And if Ask Gamblersz decides to remove it, then maybe. But I will leave this up until I get my money! The manager's behavior is unacceptable. And humiliating. Even though I asked for another manager several times, my request was not answered. The essence is summarized. The manager does not provide information about the payment in a responsible manner. He promised for weeks. He did not inform me about anything exactly. In vain he claims. I have a screen save of everything. He also laughed sarcastically when I changed the payment method. He talks to me calmly. I received €540 in the fall. But that was only because this complaint appeared here. They sent part of the payment without notice. There is still about €1300 missing, I would like to receive it this month. Without any excuses.
