complain about the unpaid January 2026 commission and the way my partnership was terminated.

Your team accused me of “fraud traffic” and completely terminated my affiliate account and partnership. I strongly deny these accusations, as I have never engaged in any kind of fraudulent activity or invalid traffic practices. Furthermore, no evidence or proof has ever been provided to support these claims despite my requests.

At the time of the termination, I was specifically informed that my January 2026 payment would still be processed and sent to me, and that I simply needed to wait. However, this payment has still not been made.

Since then, I have been continuously ignored by managers, the Head of Affiliates, and other team members. I have made multiple attempts to contact your team professionally, but I have received no meaningful response or resolution.
