247Partners - Commission not paid

Good day!

I entered into a partnership with 247 in December 2025. I started streaming for them that same month and delivering traffic. Everything went smoothly and perfectly — there were no issues at all.

(Picture below for proof) On December 29, 2025, they said they saw good results and gave me an extra +30 FTD cap. (Please note that they specifically said “good results”.)

After that, I was very happy because I finally had a good partner relationship. That’s why I put everything else aside and even streamed for them during the Christmas holidays, pushing as much traffic as I could. They kept saying the numbers were completely fine and even gave me extra FTD caps.

Then came January 2, 2026. I asked my Manager to check my stats for December. He told me that my December revenue was 6160 euros and asked me to prepare an invoice, which I did without any problem. (Even at this point, they said nothing negative about the traffic.)

On January 5, 2026, I asked when I could expect the December payment. They replied that I would receive it within 20 days and told me to continue pushing traffic. So everything still seemed fine.

On January 6, 2026, I spoke with my manager about getting another brand. He said “of course, no problem,” and I received my second brand. (Again, they said nothing about the traffic. On the contrary, they gave me a second brand, which suggested everything was perfect.)

On January 14, 2026, I asked how we were doing in the current month and whether I still had a cap. The manager replied that I should stop the traffic. (By that time I had already delivered 27 FTDs in January as well.)
Then on January 15 came the shocking message:
“Payment for DEC-JAN will be canceled”
because they supposedly “detected” the traffic.

Essentially, this is where we are now. I have attached all the proof. Since then, I’ve had serious difficulty reaching them to find a solution, but we’re not getting anywhere. This was clearly a trap by the affiliate program. In the first month they said the traffic was excellent, told me to push even harder and that they wanted more volume, etc. In the second month everything was still perfect — and then towards the end of the period they suddenly send this message. This way they get free traffic with no consequences.

The total amount they owe me is 9900 euros.
