On 26.7 we wanted to make a withdrawal after our stream. We made a total of 3 deposits of 200€, 300€ and again 300€. The first deposit (200€) was paired with a 200% bonus. This was lost after a short time. Then I deposited again 2 times with 300€ (without bonus). After I managed to make a profit of 25,000€, I was told that I was not entitled to withdraw. We have of course settled any matter beforehand by chat and phone.
After going back and forth with a chat, I was told that I will receive 1,000€ from my 25,000€. We also had phone chat where the "boss" told us he was looking into the situation. After 2 weeks, a message came that I should look at the Affiliates Terms.
The terms state that "streamers" or "affiliates" can only pay out 1,000€ in one stream. No matter if you play with your own or sponsored money. In general, this term makes no sense at all, because it says that even if I deposit 3,000€, I can still only pay out 1,000€.
We are pretty sure that this term was added after the fact in order to avoid our withdrawal. I have already sent screenshots to the AskGamblers team, which prove that obvious fraud is going on here.
Of course, we won the money legitimately before this absurd term change, which chat history, screenshots and recordings can prove 100%. However, if there are any questions or if you need pictures, we can provide them.
