Withdrawal Amount did not credited to bank account for 10 Days

This Case is for YOLO247

Subject:- Withdrawal amount 500/- Rs has not been credited to Bank Account

Dear Sir,

please read it step by step then you can understand what i have to say

1 - I requested a withdrawal of 500Rs on 3rd July'24

2 - Yolo Claim to be Processed it on 4th July 2 Pm (As per Yolo247 payment slip)

3 - Yolo247 Gave me a payment slip with UTR and Transaction Number

4 - 3rd Jul'24 to today 11th July'24 till time i did not get my Money

5 - Yolo247 Customer Care not responding properly

6 - Their reply is below:-

>Wait for update

> We already processed

> Wait for 4 to 5 hrs

> Wait for 45 minutes

> Today on 10th day they are saying to wait till banking hours

7 - till I don't get my money

I am attaching the below documents:-

1 - Withdrawal Details SS

2 - Yolo247 Payment Slip (Only slip, But amount not credited)

3 - My bank Statement
