Yeti Casino - Bonus balance vanished after issue with site

HI - Has anyone had any problems with Yeti casino? I came on this evening to play with my £75 bonus money. Went to go on Genie Jackpots Megaways first and allthough I could increase the stake when you hover over the lower stake it didnt work.

I then went onto Donuts. Again similar problem couldnt click the start button so had wait for the game to load by itself.

I then won £720 so now had a balance of £847.

I went onto the bonus screen to check how much wagering I had left. It showed I had gone through 10%. As I am already registered with their sister casino Yako Casino - I wanted to check the terms and conditions. If you click on this the box moves to the right. Click on it again and nothing shows and now my balance has gone to zero. Its showing fortified.

Why would I fortify a bonus of that amount when I had just started playing?. I am registered with a lot of casinos and never seen that before, at the worst it should tell you what would happen if you fortify a bonus not just vanish. Can someone look into this please and look at how the site operated on a laptop. I was stuck in a game the other night and it wouldnt let me start the bonus, so had to go onto my mobile phone just to play through the bonus as I couldnt click on it on my laptop using Opera Browser or Chrome.

This complaint has been reopened as per Yeti Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

The only response. Is that I want my account back to how it was before the problem accrued which they haven't done and forced.me to close my account..

A resolution has been found with the player in relation to the above as the dispute was tackled directly with the player. We appreciated the comments as at the end of the day, we strive to offer a product for other gambling enthusiasts such as ourselves and the player above.

No resolution for me was found. They first said I had 24 hours to wager any bonus. Then admitted this was an error. They then said if I hit the cancel bonus button by mistake a warning pops up to protect players. Like it does on any other casino. I then proved this wrong. And no apology. All they offered was my original £75 bonus plus £50 for this now advice only on the 24 hour error..All at 60x the bet.

The fact they have a cancel bonus button immediately next to the button to shoes terms and conditions is a danger to all players. Especially when the button the read the terms just opens an empty box. So one misclick and bamn all your bonus money of £847 has gone.

I closed down all accounts with them. Stick to.real legit casinos guys.
