I submitted for a withdrawl of 1000 on Jan 13 ,2017. I received a call from the casino saying they had received all my docs and everything was good. So the end of last week I was told funds had been wired to my acct and should receive them this week. It's the end of the week and nothing so I live chat and was told they never received docs, and my acct went from 1000 to 525?.. I made sure I did the play thur. Please help me... Jackie

Was told Monday that casino was under new management and would get a email we'd no money yet or email and can't get ahold of anyone to find out what's happening with my withdrawl. Always disconnected on live chat...
