Hello
On the 3rd February I requested a withdrawl of 951euro. It says withdrawals are approved on a Thursday. My request is still pending. My emails are getting rejected and the online chat is not working. Is it possible i can contact my credit card company that i made deposits with a advise them it is a fraud? i have screenshots of the withdrawal pending but I cannot attach a word document of PDF to this complaint.

I responded to them again and received the following and also sent all of my documents. I am still waiting for my withdrawal to even get approved.

Sure Karen, but you have to understand also that there is terms and conditions about withdrawals and we have 3 business days in order to approve it. As you made it on the 3rd of February and Friday Saturday and Sunday doesn’t count as business days, you will receive a confirmation of withdraw tomorrow morning. If you already can send me your documents by email, I will be very happy to send them by now already in order to make the procedure faster and more efficient.

I received this today and I replied and then received quite a rude response. Let see if I get my funds back!!

The withdraw should be done this afternoon, I hope you will get your money before the end of this week.

I replied to say that it still says pending- the reply was as follows:

Hello

I finally received my withdrawal on the 12th February. In my opinion i would not advice people to play at this casino as they are unprofessional, difficult to contact and the withdrawals take a while. There are plenty of better casinos out there. thanks
